Is There Any
Thing Too Hard For God?
Are there any rivers that
seem uncrossable? Are there any mountains that you just can’t seem to tunnel through? Is sickness all around you and
the doctors have done all they can do, I tell you GOD SPECIALIZES in healing all kinds of diseases and He CAN DO what no other
powers can do! These words are to one of my favorite songs and it fits so well with our theme for this month. Is there ANY
THING too hard for God? Can you find one thing that is too hard for God?
Jeremiah 32:17 answers
this question: Ah Lord God! Behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by Thy great power and stretched out arm,
and there is nothing too hard for Thee:
The mountains in our lives appear to be too hard for us because
of the flesh, but in Spirit and the confirmation found in God’s Word reminds us that there isn’t any
thing too hard for God. So, when we are faced and confronted with the “worries of the world” before you think
about giving up or giving in, ask yourself these questions:
Have I ever been without? Is there any thing I “needed”
that I don’t have? Have I ever called on God and didn’t get an answer to my problem? As true followers of
Christ, we can look at these questions and know that God has always been there and provided every one of our needs according
to His riches in glory! (Philippians 4:19)
He’s that kind of God. He tells us that “A faithful
man shall abound with blessings…” (Proverbs 28:20) Faith is absolute TRUST in God, nothing wavering
but true faith and always abiding in the Word of God. We must exercise this faith at all times, especially when we are experiencing
tribulations, knowing that tribulations worketh patience and patience, experience, and experience, hope,
and hope maketh not ashamed; because the Love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto
us. (Romans 5:4-5) What does this tells us: in all that we go through and all the times we fall short of God’s
glory, when we seek Him and have faith in Him, there isn’t any thing that He won’t do for us!
So,
before we go complaining, before we fear the mountains that seem too hard to climb, before we give up, remember this one question
Is there ANY THING Too Hard for God? NO, not one!
God loves us so much that
He sent His Son to give His life for us and He allowed His Son to go through the trials and tribulations of this world (who
was without sin) to show us that there isn’t any thing too hard for God. And, Jesus obedient
to His Father became a living sacrifice for you and for me, leaving us with the comfort in knowing that just as He overcame
the world, we too have that same opportunity through Christ!
Will you give Him a chance today? He’s waiting to
fight your battles, He’s waiting to provide your needs. He’s waiting to listen to your problems and provide you
with an answer. He’s waiting to prove to you and me that there is Nothing Too Hard for God
It is my
desire that these words of encouragement will strengthen husbands and wives, families, marriages, singles and people who are
seeking for something and those who have lost there way and wanting to give up. There is hope and life in Jesus Christ!
